How to prepare Dosas With Oats
HOW TO MAKE DOSA WITH OATS,
Ingredients :
1. Oats - one cup,
2. Suji(Ravva) - 1/4 cup,
3. Ginger - 1 inch cube, cut into tiny pieces,
4. Corriander leaves - 1/4 cup,
5. Green chillies - two, chopped into small pieces,
6. Salt - as per taste.
Preparation Method :
Soak oats and suji(Ravva) for 15 minutes in water. Then grind Oats and suji(Ravva) to form thick liquid, little less than Dosa batter. Mix all other ingredients. Heat Tawa. Put some oil and wait till it fumes. Then sprinkle some water and wipe the tawa with half cut onion. Pour the batter and fry on both sides. Your Healthy and delicious Oats Dosa is ready. Tastes best with tomato of coconut chutney.
Tips :
1. Apply oil on the tawa after 5 or 6 dosas.
2. Must be made little thicker than ordinary dosas.
